The founder and owner of Letter Perfect Homes, Inc. is Jaime Letter, a life-long real estate entrepreneur. Jaime practically grew up in the business, assisting her father with his foreclosure investments as well as his Century 21 franchise from the time she could walk. As well as being a licensed real estate agent, Jaime oversees the buying and selling of properties for the company and is always on the lookout for the next great deal.
The President of Letter Perfect Homes, Inc. is Tom Bucsku, who oversees all day to day operations. He has over 10 years experience as an investor in the New Jersey real estate market. He bought his first property in 1998 with an FHA 3% down loan at the age of 26. In addition to flipping dozens of properties during the real estate boom he now manages over 50 rental units in the Central Jersey area.
